מתנה נהדרה

מאז שהחל לצייר לפני כשנה, הפך יואש פלדש לאחד מציירי הדיוקנאות המבוקשים ביותר בתל אביב. במסגרת פרויקט *מתנה נהדרה* שהחל באתר האינטרנט שלו, הוא מתחייב לצייר את לקוחותיו – ובהם לא מעט אנשי שם מקומיים – בצבעי עיפרון–מים על נייר איי-4 ירקרק. תמורת תוספת תשלום, פלדש מאפשר ללקוחותיו לבחור את גודל הפין שיצייר להם, את מספר האצבעות בידיים וברגליים, להוסיף לציור פריטים מתוך רשימה מוגבלת (היביסקוס, לובסטר, ווקי–טוקי, טלוויזיה, ציפור או גזר) או להבטיח שהדיוקן יהיה מחמיא.

עם קבלת הדיוקן, מקבל כל אחד מן הלקוחות גם תואר של קדוש מטעם *מתנה נהדרה* ועמו תחום אחריות. כך יוצגו בתערוכה שרוליק איינהורן, הקדוש של העיוורים; עומר ברק, הקדוש של רפואת השדה; קורנית סטולר, הקדושה של לבני הבניין; תומר שרון, הקדוש של ההשתלות; גוני ריסקין, הקדושה של תאי ההקפאה; ואחרים.

רוצה להפוך לקדוש במחיר שערורייתי?

במסגרת התערוכה יוכלו המבקרים להזמין את דיוקנם מהאמן. הם יצולמו בעמדה מיוחדת ויבחרו על ידי סימון בטופס מיוחד את התוספות המבוקשות.

מחיר הדיוקן: 78 שקלים. תוספת ראשונה ב-22 שקלים וכל תוספת נוספת ב-33 שקלים.

A Wonderful Gift

The Container is proud to present the works of Yoash Foldesh at the Public Life gallery. Public Life is a small space within The Container that serves for small and intimate exhibitions and, incidentally, is also the restrooms. The exhibition entitles *A Wonderful Gift* featured an ensemble of portraits commissioned by Israel's movers and shakers including Shrolnik Einhorn, Hadas Reshef, and much more. Once the portrait has been handed over to the commissioner, Yoash bestows on them a title which carries much responsibility of 'The Sacred Of Our Times' in whatever category he feels relevant. For example, Omer Barak who was handed the title 'The Sacred Field Doctor of Our Times'

Each portrait is draw on A4 green tinted paper using water pencil colours. Humanistic in their nature, the resulting portraits are seldom flattering and almost always in full nudity. Regardless of the gender of the sitter, Yoash will always draw male genitals and of recent, he draws them very small.

As part of his Public Life exhibition Yoash will be extending his services as a portrait artist. Thus far, Yoash has been accepting commissions either from chance meetings or through his website. For the duration of the exhibition, visitors will be able to have their photograph taken and order a self portrait from the artist. Each portrait costs 78NIS and the commissioner can choose how many fingers they wish to have and the size of their genitals should they wish them included (there is only an option of having a penis). There are additional options of having limited items drawn into the pictures. Additions include a hibiscus, a lobster, a walkie-talkie, a bird or a carrot. The first addition costs 22NIS, each subsequent addition costs 33NIS.
